Posters Please mount your poster on Monday, July 14 between 08:00-12:00 or if you arrive later, at your earliest possible convenience. The poster session will take place in the hall in front of the auditorium, together with the exhibitors and the coffee and lunch breaks. Poster boards will be suitable for posters in portrait format and A0 size. We are planning to award several posters with prizes, so the name of the presenting author should be clearly visible and the authors should be available for the jury during poster sessions. Speakers You can send your presentation (PPTX or PDF) already before the meeting (npy-gal2025@i-med.ac.at), so we can already upload and test it on the presentation computer in the lecture hall. Alternatively, you can bring your presentation on an USB stick (at least 2h before the presentation). Due to the tight time schedule we do not encourage using your own laptop. However, if you are obliged to use your own laptop for the presentation, please inform us before (npy-gal2025@i-med.ac.at) and contact the information desk upon arrival.
