Any scientist working in a field of neuroscience may become a full (ordinary) member of the Austrian Neuroscience Association. In addition students (PhD and Diploma students) may apply for a student membership at a reduced annual membership fee. In order to become an ANA member please choose your membership level and fill out the required fields of the membership application form on the following page, and indicate the name of a membership sponsor. The membership sponsor needs to be an ANA member in good standings, preferentially a colleague in the field of neuroscience or, for students, your supervisor or PI.

You will have several options four paying your dues: (1) By transfer to the ANA account (2) By Credit Card (3) By SEPA direct mandate (Bankeinzug). For doing so, please fill out the form and send it (also electronically) to  the ANA Treasurer Petra Scholze, Center for Brain Research, Spitalgasse 4, 1090 Vienna
Email: petra.scholze@meduniwien.ac.at

As member of ANA you agree that we keep your contact data in our database. Our database is only accessible to ANA Members. You have furthermore the option to choose which of your data are shown to colleague members. ANA uses the database for mailing the ANA Newsletter, invitations to the Annual General Assembly, and to remind you of your annual dues. As member of ANA you automatically will become member of FENS. As such you are entitled to FENS benefits such as reduced registration fees for FENS Forum Meetings. FENS sends information via email, but you can indicate that you do not wish to receive such information by using the "unsuscribe" option at the bottom of such mails.

Please note that we are asking new members (Regular & Student) to pay for two years of membership (the year of application, and the following year).
